How high are the shipping prices?
International shipping costs $3,95 USD and on orders above $35 USD it is free.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our warehouse ships out orders on a rolling basis, Monday-Friday. Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days after they’ve been placed. Friday afternoon and weekend orders typically ship out on Mondays. Most of the worldwide shipments arrive in 3-14 days, some products are shipped with ups+ or with special jewelry transport and these products should arrive within 3-7 days after dispatch.
Note: Some deliveries could arrive later than expected this can happen when post services have not enough capacity to handle all packages, this can Accor on special occasions like Black Friday, Christmas etc. Sadly we can’t control this, pease wait and check your track and trace code when this happens.

My tracking number hasn't updated in a couple of days, what's going on?
Don’t worry! Your tracking number may take 1-3 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
When will my order ship?
Note that orders ship within 1-5 business days after being placed. Only custom made juwelry can take longer to proces.
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.
When are you not able to return your order?
If you accidentally placed an order with a wrong item/address, you will need to contact our Customer Service by emailing [email protected] in order to receive a resolution.
You’re not eligible for a return in the following situations:
– The order is not corrected within 24 hours of delivery
– The product is broken or it is not defective or is damaged because of use or neglect
– The product is not in the same condition when you received it.
